For our Master Distiller and Master Tasters, picking out the perfect barrels for our Single Barrel whiskey is a very selective process. Just 1 out of approximately 100 barrels we produce is deemed worthy of the distinction. These barrels are found in the highest reaches of our barrel houses. That's where extreme temperature variations dramatically increase the interaction between wood and whiskey, creating bold, robust flavors and notes of toasted oak and vanilla that are unique to each individual barrel.
